PARGOLO – Chianti Classico
The name of the wine commemorates the birth of our first child and our new vineyard.
As our family and our estate both continue to grow, we look forward to the continued appreciation of this small production wine, so representative of our story at Podere La Villa.
Wine made from a blend of mainly Sangiovese and of a small percentage of Merlot.
After the first vilification the wine ages for 9/12 months in concrete tanks and French barrels of 3rd and 4th passage.
Final refinement in glass is fundamental to the wine’s character.
